My health was really bad lately. My stomach is killing me. I was diagnosed with GERD and Diaphragmatic hernia. I had gastritis for so long but it was really bad this time. It caused me to caugh everytime I lie down. The caughing was really really bad. I couldn't even speak without coughing. I've had to sleep in sitting position or lying face down ( Read more... )
